Sep 24, 2018 · From what I read on BBB, others also got tricked by this Star Ledger scam: no paper delivery, just a non-refundable recurring charge. Three different Star Ledger reps just told me I was out of luck because non-delivery was my responsibility but they misrepresented the grocery discount offer from the very beginning. A very clever scam!
