I asked Singtel to relocate my three telephone line to the new office. The operator told me that they will charge us $70 per line, I said I have no choice but to pay for it. On the day of the relocation, the Singtel engineer came to my office and said he only relocate up to my riser and we have to engage our contractor to do it.
