Per Startec, they will investigate the matter but it took them awhile. Startec already sent a letter to inform us but they were still charging my mother. In conclusion, Startec never refunded my mother and finally cancelled the account but it took Startec so long to stop charging the card. This is what we have to go through with Startec.
