Neither Stay123.com or the hotel (and hotel corporation) would correct the problem despite my faxing and emailing my confirmation showing the correct check-in date. I contacted Stay123.com but they did not follow through with helping me. They eventually stopped answering their phone and did not return the phone messages I left for them.

Jan 05, 2014 · Stay123 was first recommended to me by other cruisers, and I've had lots of good experiences using them since then. When I recommended them in turn, I was surprised to hear about this article, especially since I've worn out their very nice customer serice on many occasions with my constantly changing travel plans, and they seem pretty responsible to me.

Review: Made a reservation for a mutual client based on the website information. When the confirmation came back from Stay123.com the 'Free Parking' that was suppose to be for 30 days came back for only 14 and the Extra Day Rate that was suppose to be $5.00 per day came back as $9.00 per day.

We live about 2 hours west of Boston and I book reservations as soon as I know I am going to travel.

For those of you driving into Boston, parking while on the cruise is an issue. A cruise companion suggested a package deal on stay123.com - we picked the Best Western in Quincy, car remains there, and the free shuttle got us to the pier at about 12noon we were IN our cabin by 1230. We loved our family suite on the 10th deck.4/5
