Neither Stay123.com or the hotel (and hotel corporation) would correct the problem despite my faxing and emailing my confirmation showing the correct check-in date. I contacted Stay123.com but they did not follow through with helping me. They eventually stopped answering their phone and did not return the phone messages I left for them.

Jan 05, 2014 · Stay123 was first recommended to me by other cruisers, and I've had lots of good experiences using them since then. When I recommended them in turn, I was surprised to hear about this article, especially since I've worn out their very nice customer serice on many occasions with my constantly changing travel plans, and they seem pretty responsible to me.

Jun 05, 2015 · I made a complaint with the BBB of New York. Stay123 posts their logo so imagine my surprise when I read that they were NOT an approved business! In fact, they have had at least 15 complaints. I know from CC along there are far more breaches of credit/debit card security.

The Stay123 site posts a BBB logo -well, they are NOT a BBB approved business - in fact, there are at least 15 complaints - I can't believe there aren't more. Most people probably don't deal with the frustration of no response from Stay - and chalk it up to a lesson learned.

Review: Made a reservation for a mutual client based on the website information. When the confirmation came back from Stay123.com the 'Free Parking' that was suppose to be for 30 days came back for only 14 and the Extra Day Rate that was suppose to be $5.00 per day came back as $9.00 per day.

Nov 09, 2013 · No complaints. But I wanted something a little nicer and in a nicer area. ... The price per room on the HIE website for the stay and cruise package for one night is $179. I did stay123 and got it for $119 a night (plus tax makes it $136 and some change). And with stay123 you pay a $42 deposit and pay the hotel the balance when you get there.
