Jul 28, 2016 · Sterling Trust is best described as a massive failure in communication. Whether one is a client or an agent one should expect total disregard for the customer. Over the years I cannot count the number of times that my principals' transactions have been completely ignored by Sterling employees.

Sterling Trust company was given $40,000 for gold and palladium to be purchased from Midas Gold. Sterling claims they never got the gold from Midas yet charged me for storage fees for almost two years. They will not respond to letters or phone calls.
