Guarantee is a farce. The pans were purchased in 2012 as s package deal over $600. StoneDine Cookware. Checked the BBB on the internet and found Stonedine Cookware in Chino, CA received an F rating for customer service issues ranging from delivery problems to warranty replacements. Had 12 complaints in 3 years, 8 in the last yr. alone! A few of the complaints were resolved, but many were left unresolved by the company.

I read the complaints, and thought that they were from users who did not read everything regarding the price (which is right there on the site), and a misunderstanding regarding shipping. No other complaints about fraud, so seems legit to me.

Jul 08, 2018 · The phone number nor web-site works. I called brand developers and they've only had 1 other complaint about Stonedine. The so called stone coating does not last as promised. The coating is slowly coming off the frying pans after normal daily use. Stonedine makes promises that there is no need for oil to be used when frying or cooking. That is not true.Ratings: 2
