Oct 12, 2017 · Stubhub's policies are heavily weighted towards the Buyer and they do nothing to protect the Seller. I sold 3 tickets to a Buyer who decided (after he rec'd my tickets - on time!) that it wasn't what he/she wanted. Stubhub then cancelled the sale and charged me for supposedly buying additional tickets for the Buyer to meet their needs!
