StubHub isn’t a safe place to sell tickets. A buyer claimed that the barcode on the tickets didn’t work. I provided proof from the venue that the tickets weren’t even scanned. I was still charged a penalty. StubHub doesn’t seem to care about fraud. Responses from customer service were very slow and required follow-ups.

The tickets purchased directly from the venue were considerably cheaper for most events than the fees charged by StubHub. To their credit, StubHub's customer service was very good. In the future, I would buy tickets directly from the venue, as StubHub inflated their ticket prices for at least three different concerts I researched.

Stubhub completely failed. Stubhub completely failed to provide quality service! They sided with the seller who took my money yet never provided my tickets. Stubhub stated they “saw” the seller provided the tickets but when I provided a snapshot of my empty tickets screen, they didn’t “see” that fact.
