The tickets purchased directly from the venue were considerably cheaper for most events than the fees charged by StubHub. To their credit, StubHub's customer service was very good. In the future, I would buy tickets directly from the venue, as StubHub inflated their ticket prices for at least three different concerts I researched.

StubHub doesn’t seem to care about fraud. Responses from customer service were very slow and required follow-ups. Customer service used to be very good at StubHub, but it’s now terrible. I totally agree with other posters about the poor customer service from StubHub. I used to use StubHub frequently, but I definitely do not recommend them now.
