Jan 21, 2012 · The Sunwing reps say they are going to do something but did very little too nothing to help out on our trip but, I knew this from the last experience but this time was worse, much worse. I should have listened to the complaints on sites but for some reason I thought it would be better.

Sunwing Vacations robbed my $4320… Sunwing Vacations robbed my $4320 dollars by not allowing cancellation nor rescheduling in case my kid was sick and couldn’t make the trip. Your online vacation package from Sunwing.ca is FINAL unless you call them to add insurance for additional money. And they hide that information from you. Stay away.

Perhaps if you wait the 6 to 8 weeks they said it would take to get back to you your problem will be resolved. I seem to recall a member on TA not long ago whining about Sunwing no customer service bla bla bla till they satisfied her demands and she still went on and on.
