Super escapes are trying to charge me to change one name on the hotel room. I thought I could do it myself by a phone call but Super escapes are in control of that. Also, they took control of the boarding passes for the outward journey and say I have to phone them during the weekend in Budapest to get the return passes sent to my phone.2.4/5(236)

We recently booked a 4 stars Luxury all inclusive holiday with Super Escapes Travel, only to find out soon after ,that the resort provider has cancelled our reservation and forcelly offered us accommodation switch to a 3 stars hotel in the marine port with absolutely no facilities other than breakfast.

When buying from a Super Escapes Travel customer advisor and being hit with all the additional charges after agreeing the holiday price. The price I paid was very expensive compared to the price would have been had I used their website to book the same hotel, type of room and transfer on the same day.
