Watch the bottom line.. surepoint lending states it is a lender with its own capital and that they are not a broker. They charge lots and lots of extrea profit type fees. If you have a 5% lone.. and your APR is 5.998% like they tried to sell me... thats not a good deal.Author: Smitar

My dealings with surepoint are just about over.. a pair of loans suming 124,000 i was looking to refinance had around 10,000 dollars in closing costs. and over 795 processing fee 795 undrewriter fee 1350 origination fee and other misc smaller fees and i feel padded numbers for third party numbers.
