The Chat function would not work, however it offered me an 800 # to call, with a case # [Removed].I called it, and after approximately 20 minutes, I was told by the nice lady, that due to a technical difficulty with her system, she was unable to help me, so she gave me another 800# to call.

As I used the product for ages probably, My Norton does not allow me to cancel automatic renewal any more. I have one Mac at home and had bought Norton in store at the same time - 4 years ago and it was on automatic renewal. Apparently, or so Symantec claim, half way through the renewal year I totally forgot I have Norton already and went online and bought it again hence I had two subscriptions that I was paying for.
