Hi, I have been a T-mobile customer for many years, at least 13. I was under my father's plan for about 5-6 years, and things were smooth. I never had the urge to write a complaint until today, but I had it with this specific store.

T Mobile T Mobile is a rip off company. It is only right that they refund a customer if their prepaid calling card is defected. I went into a CVS retail store on 10/10 to purchase one of their calling cards, and tried to get my monies back. CVS say's there was nothing they could do, accept take information and wait 7 to 10 business days.

However, the best suggestion I can recommend is to contact the T-Force Team through Facebook or Twitter, explain what happened, and let them find the appropriate people to look into your issue.
