Sep 08, 2011 · Talk Talk are talking about a £70fee for cancelling the contract. I only have TT for the home phone, by broadband is currently with BT and we only have a freeview box at the mo! Is there any way of getting out of this cancellation fee, it sounds quite high? And I don't suppose that Sky will absorb this fee?

Dec 06, 2016 · I expected to pay some form of cancellation fee, but I simply cannot afford this. I do not nessessarily want to cancel, but I can't transfer my contract over as my parents also took out a Talk Talk contract at roughly the same time I did. I asked if they could suspend the account until I have another address, but they say they are not able to.

I was paying £39 monthly for phone & fibre optic broadband (ripped off at a vulnerable moment)! I was in an 18 month contract which was only due to run out may 2014.
