May 29, 2013 · I had exactly the same problem. I also have US Tech Support. After their technicians did their job, they recommended I contact HP. I did and they ended up sending me a new printer. Seems HP has had a lot of problems with their printers and the complaint should have been directed at them, not US Tech Support.

Nov 23, 2015 · My question is whether Premier Tech Support is a scam or legitimate. "Premier Tech Support" may or may not be be a legitimate company, but the situation you describe is a complete scam if for no other reason than the claims made by the popup "warnings" are literally impossible.

When they answered "tech support" instead of DELL tech support I knew something was wrong. Hung up and called another toll free number that I found for Dell. During my conversion with Dell tech support, I was again told a malware program as well as a tech support account would need to be purchased from Dell to fix the mess.
