BEWARE OF Teletrac. We had used Teletrac, From June off 2018 – May of 2019, of the many problems we reported to Teletrac, I have included a specific examples that in my opinion not only demonstrate the lackadaisical approach Teletrac takes in resolving our issues, but also provides the reasons, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that Teletrac did not resolve our issues within a timely fashion.

Teletrac refuses to cancel GPS units as allowed by terms of contract. They do so by not answering the phone email or letters, thus forcing customers to fall into the next contract cycle.

There are honestly too many to list. The number one problem with this company is that they offer a subpar product. Unreliable product equals a high volume of customer service complaints. This company has a history of terrible customer service, and changes to procedure do little to rectify the issue.4/5(159)

Most of the cases had to be escalated to an advance tier 2 group and it sometimes took several days to resolve an issue. We have had many up and downs with Teletrac, but they have come a long way and have made a few changes to offer better customer support.
