I'm extremely frustrated that I cannot even get a reference number from Telkom on my complaint. I will take this matter further by laying a formal complaint to ICASA and NCCSA.

Telkom's attorneys have been less than willing to help and have instead been threatening in the communications with me, which I find unacceptable and demeaning.
