That the US Building people will not return phone calls, they trick you into an order and leave you hanging. These complaints can be found if you google “US Buildings Scams”, “US Buildings Complaints”, or “US Buildings Rip Offs”. I have asked them to cancel this contract by email and by phone and they refuse to respond.

My husband and I have been considering purchasing a metal building so I was looking them up online and came accross this company. It said you could fill out a small form to recieve a informational catalog in the mail and so I did that, but I put my husband's name down since he knows more about construction than I do and would be the one making the final decision when we are ready for this.

US Buildings then defaulted on the contract, kept my 5k and didn't send me anything. I filed in Small Claims Court. I won a judgement of $6120 which I'm now trying to collect. This company is owned by Gary Rack and his sons Anthony and Adam. The company goes by a variety of names: US Buildings, US Buildings Direct, US Metal Buildings, and others.
