Currently getting pinged for between 3 and 6 cents a day for data when roaming whilst roaming data downloads are disabled. Telstra chat just basically says STFU and pay. No explanation at all as to how this happens or why I should pay. Other issue is a fairly major data download of ~$10 from a country that I wasn't even in on the day of billing.
