I get a very nice receptionist who puts me through to customer service. They don't pick up. They don't respond to voice mail. Meanwhile the rain continues to pour in. If you are considering a Temo Sunroom give customer service a try before you contact sales. All sunrooms eventually leak and you need a company that responds.
