Aug 14, 2012 · We, too, had a sunroom installed by Melani Brothers out of Richmond, VA. Ours was installed in June 2006. We also have a large sunroom, that we paid $30,000+ for, that can only be used for storage outdoor tools and furniture. Our room leaks in several different places, they sound like the same places as in the other complaint.

I rarely rains here but it did the day after we moved in and I noticed a large puddle on the floor on the sunroom. I noticed a "transferrable lifetime factory warranty" certificate in the house packet we recieved at closing so I attempted to contact Temo and the contrctor that originally installed the sunroom for $41,583!!! That was on Sep 26th.
