Avoid this company. We booked a Terravision bus transfer from Rome Termini to Ciampino Airport for 25/10/2019 at 18.55. We arrived at a bus stop approx. 30 minutes before departure and waited in a queue until about 19.00 when a Terravision member of staff informed us that the bus was delayed in an accident and may or may not arrive in 30-60 minutes.

Terravision clearly have a monopoly on these airport services and think they can just get away with cancelling buses and ignoring customer complaints and requests for refunds. Cowboys or sharks; they are disgraceful. I will certainly never use Terravision again and warn everyone about them.
