The Bay's poor Customer Service and product offerings We allowed the Bay to talk us into buying this poorly made excuse for a mattress costing over $2K. After less than 3 years, the sides are collapsing and their "technician" (gross overstatement) spent 5 minutes taking pictures with no weights on it and pronounced it to be in great shape!

The Worst of the Worst online customer service I have ever encountered .It was my first purchase with the Bay as well.In a nutshell they cancelled my order which I had purchased in my cart a week ago. All showing in stock and delivery date and all. It was a Dyson V8 animal vacuum on sale for for 399.99.$200.00 off.
