My only suggestion is if you want to sell it is to contact the company back you got it from and ask if they have a buyback option. This is what I did.

We love how there's a kitchen so we can make our own meals, but there's also a few restaurants on campus and even Duke's (delicious!) a short walk down the pathway. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Best of all is the location.5/5
