Dec 31, 2019 · On July 11, 2017, I ordered a bench from Tidewater Workshop in Oceanville, New Jersey ( the 5' Monet Bench). My payment was taken out of my account but I NEVER received the bench, even after calling twice and sending several e-mails. I know this happened over a year ago, but I still have the e-mail and when I run across it I still get upset.

I called Tidewater Workshop again to no avail. Note I ordered ordered benches on 5/17/12 and my account was charged by Tidewater Workshop on 5/22/12. I called the credit card company again on 9/12/12 and they put the charge into dispute (Tidewater Workshop had 2 weeks to rectify the problem).

Review: We ordered a five-foot bench from Tidewater Workshop on May 14, 2013. The Tidewater website from which we ordered the bench stated that the bench usually ships within 4 to 6 weeks and that they only will bill our order after the order has been shipped.

Feb 19, 2018 · Wondering if any other Tidewater owners are having problems with gel coat cracking or issues with their T-Top. I am having problems and I am not very happy at the moment. Carried it in for warranty work and the dealer will not repair, they said it needs to go to the factory. The dealer actually said he wouldn't settle for anything less than hull replacement.
