I purchased a Laptop Computer with a Manufacturers warranty of 1 year from Tiger Direct. When the computer hard disk Drive crashed I tried to claim the warranty from IBM, the manufacturer, and was informed that the warranty had expired one year before Tiger Direct sold me this computer.
