May 22, 2008 · I have urged them to do so. And I don't let Tiger Direct off the hook by mumbling that it's a manufacturer rebate so it's up to me to take it up with the manufacturer. I bought the product from Tiger Direct. Tiger Direct benefitted from advertising a bogus price after rebate they they won't honor. Tiger Direct took my credit card number.

Also, you are reporting the wrong company - Tiger Direct does not handle rebates. Mail-in rebates are often done by the companies making the products to promote their sales - otherwise Tiger would just discount the product at the shopping cart. OnRebate was the company that did rebates in the past, but I believe it has changed.
