I called the Arkansas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Office today and found that as of today there have been 12 complaints filed. The business address in Searcy, Arkansas turns out to be a pick up box location only. The scam is believed to be run out of California.

I ought to have known better. They offered mean unlikely cost for my timeshare stating the customer had been prepared to spend this quantity. Beware.
