May 07, 2008 · My wife has received a call from a company Timeshare Market Pro about selling our timeshare. I told him I had read repeatedly that it was a bad idea to deal with a company who required a fee up front. He is trying to tell me that in the state of Florida it is against the law to take their fee out of the sales proceeds.
