Was contacted by Tires Plus about my complaint, regarding the pricing and them being so high on their cost to the consumer. When the call came in to me he was rude and argumentative I hung up the phone. No need to talk any more with people like this. Tires Plus used a synthetic oil in my SUV which was not the type oil that has been used previously. This oil cause my SUV to lose pressure and knock really badly. So long story short, I basically I paid $600 to have my truck parked at the Tires Plus shop for 2 weeks!!! And it still has the SAME oil leak problem; it’s actually even worse now! I have put in a complaint via the Tires Plus customer service number, but have not as of yet received a response to my complaint.
