TNT are making unreasonable stealth charges now for strapped packages, oversize, non conveyable, basically anything different to a standard box. I have now stopped paying my invoices until someone at TNT talks to me as it seems impossible to get to someone in accounts that can advise on customer service issues. They do not respond, so I do not pay.
