Sep 24, 2014 · Tower Hill are defrauding you as the policy does says it coverd all direct damage not excluded. Hail is a covered peril and the degree of damage is not relvant. You cannot tie in a few squares of new shingles against old shingles and expect the roof not to leak, its an absurdity. You already have atorn water proof membrance by the leak.
