Awful experience of Trailfinders. Lack of knowledge, poor service and in the end we could not do the holiday because of a visa situation, where they gave us no information and no help. Very poor complaints procedure and then when we tried to complain to ABTA (as they said we could do) we found out that they had just left the scheme.2.6/5(89)

Cons. Very hard maintaining a work life balance, as you can work any day of the week. Therefore can make it really hard to plan things outside work You can't actually take a weekend off you are due to work, you must get it swapped with another colleague You only get half an hour lunch (but on flip side it is free) Pretty strict on timekeeping.5/5(204)

Pros. the opportunity to learn and progress in the company is big.. you can move from sale to admin department to develop your knowledge and go back again in sale.. you can have the opportunity to go "back to school" (like study at home or follow all the training provided by TF) what ever you want to do, if the opportunity is there, just grab it...5/5

No complaints at all and all documentation was sent out efficiently. Trailfinders did not try to ram a different airline down my throat when I requested QANTAS. Plenty of luggage labels came with my tickets. My Australian visitor's visa and our Singapore hotel stopover all worked well.5/5(1)
