    Complaining translink actually does something if you persistently send in complaints.. I had a problem with the #20 bus and I would email translink EVERYDAY quoting the previous days complaint and asking for them to address the issue and outline how it will be resolved.. It took about 2 months of nonstop complaining but translink did send a supervisor to verify my complaints were true.
