Yes I had had flight change but that isnt a bad refelction on travelsoon, if this does ever happen its beyond there control. Travelsoon are a right con outfit. once they have your money you are less than nothing to them. they will not phone you back or even reply to email. the sales team hang up on you if you are not there to book. customer service is a premium number, so they make you hold, sometimes up to an hour.!
