Tripres.com was a deal on travelzoo which I have used before and had good luck. I have contacted the cruise line and waiting for a reply from the group coordinator although the regular customer reps could not match the deal with tripres.com.

I used them 3 years ago booking a airfare/hotel package at Bellagio.No complaints, everything went smoothly. I didn't have to make any changes so I can't comment on how well they work with you if you need to make a change (I think that's the real issue with 3rd party sites- difficulty making changes), I never had to contact them about anything.

I booked a four day hotel package through tripres.com for my July trip this year, and the package came with a fun book. I had no problems with the booking OR with getting the fun book. Trip res did send me a confirmation email as well on the reservation. I have no complaints and it was a great rate! ($24 a night at Four Queens downtown)
