Treetime advertises their LED ColorChange bulbs with pictures showing 5 white leds next to 5 colored leds. This is deceptive. Hundreds of bulbs on our tree stay white even when the color mode is picked. Treetime customer service, by phone, insisted that this is normal (despite what's advertised) and so refused to pay for return shipping.
