Yeah, this complaint is showing up on the forums now. We have let people know how they can pay for their toll bill and it looks like they have been. However, the rental company owns the car, registers the licence plates with TREO, and gets the bill. So the suggestions we have been giving to be proactive in paying don't look like the best option.

Personally, I feel the TreO website for the toll system is really short on explanation when it comes to visitors and rental cars. In fact those who need the toll information and payment options are completely ignored. I emailed them not too long a go about creating a section for tourists and visitors, but the reply was lukewarm to say the least.
