Jun 12, 2018 · Everytime we have approached fixing our coverage, or requesting a reimbursement or filing a claim, Tricare will tell us that Express Scripts is in charge of those decisions, and after being transferred to Express Scripts, they tell us that Tricare is the decision maker, they simply send out what they are told is covered by Tricare.
