Absolute disgrace of a company and awful product - UP2 tracker. I bought my tracker about 3 years ago now. The customer service initially was really good as I had consistent issues with syncing and the strap broke so I got a replacement tracker. However, the tracker strap broke a second time and I have been emailing them since - for almost 2 years.

A major concern; make sure the Jawbone you buy through amazon is through amazon LLC to get the warranty from Jawbone, and don't shower with it on.
