Apr 27, 2018 · TripMate is a SCAM! They take your money and do not pay claims or respond to inquireies. They are always extremely busy, no time to do anything other than scam their next victim. I am going to sue the travel companies that offer TripMate as an option. We have a growing number of victims and a willing class action lawsuit attorney.
