Looking at other reviews I can see why I ran into problems. Trip Mate is a heartless company and gets very close to discriminating against anyone that is not American. Therefore, the message is, if you go on a Delta Vacation Package and take the insurance issued by Trip Mate you are on your own to try and get your claim processed in a NORMAL, FAIR period of time.
