Dec 25, 2018 · I must apologize and retract my complaint against the City of Tshwane. The power was not cut, but a problem with the isolator on the street pole had cut off the power. A municipal, problem, but not a cut off. They are busy replacing it today. They reacted within a reasonable time to the call for power failure that I lodged.
