U-Haul is a decent company and the customer service is pretty good. However, I have one huge (major) complaint about this company. They charge you per mile! The $19.99 and $29.99 ads are a total bait and switch. I wish that wasn't the case. I have rented many times from U-Haul and each time the mileage ads up to a lot of wasted money.1/5
