I purchased a warranty at the time I bought a couch from La-z-Boy. The salesperson from La-z-boy ensured me that ultra shield is a quality company and they have good customer service. Based on my experience, this is not the case. I am always suspect of warranty companies but do yourself a favor and don't buy any of ultra shield's warranty services.1/5(12)

I called company of my complaint of what was wrong with the furniture I purchased from Week-ends, which is where I bought a 7 yr. warranty. Ultra Shield is place you call for warranty.
