They don't deserve any. Their complaints procedure is a farce. Their only regulation is the certification officer who doesn't care about customer neglect. Pretty much untouchable, but still happy to take money for woeful service. Stay well clear. I am no union expert, but membership of unison is money well wasted.

Unison are worse than a joke. I have read all of the reviews and agree with all that the people have said. I think this is a unison national agreement to take your membership money and leave you uncontacted and misrepresented by being in bed with the management and HR.
