If I could give a zero review I would unite students should be avoided at all costs. My daughter booked a room through them but didnt make the grades she needed to get into uni unite students still want her to pay 660 pound a month for her room.that she is not using as they say she missed the cut off point for cancelling her room.

The only 2 good things about Unite Student Newarke Point is that it's right on campus and the staff are really friendly. The bad things about unite students is that the accomodation is CRAP the worst I have ever lived in. 1) The walls are to thin aspecially I had to live right next to the kitchen with 4 other girls that acted like 10 year olds.

There was nowhere near enough food storage space in our "flat". To make matters worse, Unite make it very difficult to talk to them when there's a problem: you have to call an expensive phoneline that only operates during the hours when most students are either in class or at work.

Not Unite Students though they are happy to send demands for amounts that are not due causing their customers untold stress / worry . How a company can be be this negligent is beyond me In my eyes this is inexcusable and amounts to harassment It has certainly put me off using Unite Students for accommodation again.
