Dec 15, 2018 · County police sent out 3 cars, said they have had other complaints, they are from Urban Development, Graceful Hands and are dropped off in vans to solicit neighborhoods. This particular group is from Cleveland Ohio. This is a scam. The officers said they have had previous complaints. Please notify the police if they solicit or harass you.3.5/5(35)
